What colocation options does Pico offer?

Pico offers dedicated and shared colocation in 55+ data centers across AMRS, EMEA, and APAC. Dedicated racks include resilient ToR and management switches, customizable power density, and optional full management by Pico. Shared hosting provides 10Gbps port allocations on low-latency Arista switches. All cabinets are directly connected to PicoNet™ for global venue access, PTP timing, and market data services.

How does Pico market data access work?

Pico provides direct exchange market data (equities, options, futures, and fixed income) at Top of Book and Full Depth from every major global exchange. Data is delivered via PicoNet™ from the lowest latency handoffs at each venue. Corvil Analytics monitors feed quality, latency, and integrity in real time across all colocation sites.

Does Pico support cloud deployments?

Yes. Pico Cloud supports private, public, and hybrid environments with all major cloud providers. Managed connectivity options include Direct Connect, Pico Connect, and internet VPN. Security extends to cloud with hosted firewall appliances, IDS/IPS, virtual DMZs, and Corvil monitoring, the same service levels you get in bare metal environments.

What does Pico 24/7 service operations include?

Pico's Global Service Operations team provides 24/7 follow-the-sun support across AMRS, EMEA, and APAC. Services include automated Start of Week and Start of Day checkouts, maintenance and change management, monthly service reviews with transparent metrics, and advanced instrumentation via Corvil Analytics (including PTP drift analysis, venue access latency, jitter, and bandwidth utilization).
